misuse of law

in india there are so many powerful man misusing law and there are so many to support them.and also there are so many illiterate poor not knowing law of the land at all.everybody in india who knows law should follow and who does not know should try to know law in order to make one disciplined.only discipline can change our position from worst to best

what leaders of political parties are doing in India?only misusing. so there is very slow growth or no growth of the country.people should learn proper use of land and water,work sincerely in factories, take care of health,send children to school and  not follow leaders.
